I recently stayed at the Crystal Lodge for a long weekend getaway with friends. The spacious lodge was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were clean and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a great convenience for our group of five. The showers were powerful, and we were pleasantly surprised to find teabags, coffee, milk sachets, and other small essentials provided. The hot tub was fantastic, and we enjoyed spending evenings relaxing on the deck. The staff, Michelle and Chris, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The picturesque rural setting was the cherry on top of a wonderful experience.
Totally recommend this hotel.

It had everything we needed for a long relaxing weekend, including teabags, coffee, and washing up products. the hot tub was a great touch and perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the area. We also appreciated the picturesque setting and the friendly staff who were always willing to help.
One drawback was the location, as it was about an hour's drive to major attractions like York or Scarborough. Although there were things to do closer by, such as Castle Howard, it would have been more convenient to have more options nearby.

We had an amazing stay at the Crystal Lodge With Hot Tub. The value for money was excellent and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect, with friendly neighbors and a stunning hot tub. The staff, especially Michelle and Chris, were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special.
The only thing that could have improved our stay was having a wider variety of options for breakfast.

What a fantastic place to stay! We went for my Hen do and it was stunning. Everything was clean and tidy, the neighbors were all so friendly, the hot tub was phenomenal and it really was a beautiful place to stay. A special shout out to Michelle and Chris who manage the place. They were so kind and it really made the stay that much better. Lovely spacious lodge with everything you would need to stay for a long weekend or a month. Beds were clean and comfortable. Powerful showers. We had forgotten teabags but they were provided, along with coffee, milk sachets, salt, ice, washing up products. Great location for visiting the surrounding areas. Italian Restaurant Florios was excellent and we had a lovely breakfast in Chapter One Bistro. We also had a lovely take away from the local Chinese restaurant, the Queens Head. Very picturesque setting in a rural location.
Do recommend this hotel.

The lodge had a cute little balcony, perfect for sipping tea and pretending to be posh. The garden was delightful, I felt like a true lady of leisure. The terrace was splendid, made me feel like a glamorous diva.
Oh, how I loved the power cuts! Nothing like stumbling around in the dark, feeling like I've been transported back to Victorian times.
